Kisspeptin-10 is a 10-amino-acid C-terminal fragment of kisspeptin, an endogenous neuropeptide and ligand of the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor. It is investigated in neuroendocrine and reproductive-physiology models for its role in regulating GnRH-neuron activity and the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
