Where we ship. We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Payment before shipment. Orders are placed on an invoice basis: after you check out, we email you payment instructions (Zelle, Venmo, or ACH / bank transfer). Orders ship only after payment is received.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Carriers & packaging. We ship via USPS or UPS. Products are packaged discreetly and, where appropriate, with temperature-conscious materials suitable for research reference materials.
Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If a shipment is lost in transit, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Address accuracy. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
