CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as modified GRF(1-29), is a synthetic analog of growth-hormone-releasing factor without the albumin-binding drug-affinity-complex linker. It is studied for GRF-receptor activation on pituitary cells and as a research tool alongside longer-acting GRF analogs.
